Dedicated carrier capacity
How it runs
Planeside pickup, sealed-door movement, and controlled delivery for freight that needs a discreet, high-touch handoff.
BEExpedite has met private aircraft on the O’Hare apron, taken custody planeside, sealed the doors, and delivered direct, inside placement included. The crew, equipment, securement, access, and appointment plan are confirmed before the aircraft arrives.
A planeside handoff is a scheduling problem before it is a trucking problem. The aircraft has a window, the FBO has access procedures, and the freight — often crated, sensitive, or simply not for public view — cannot sit on a dock while details get sorted. So BEExpedite sorts them first: crew size, securement plan, blanket wrap, liftgate, delivery access, and the appointment are all confirmed before wheels down, and the vehicle is positioned when the door opens.
From custody forward, the shipment is handled like the controlled move it is. Doors are sealed at pickup and opened at delivery, the same crew stays with the freight end to end, and inside placement is part of the job rather than an upsell. The tracking link reports position every 15 minutes for whoever is waiting on the other end, and delivery is confirmed with POD — quiet, documented, done.
